It’s a boy for actress Jena Malone and her boyfriend Ethan DeLorenzo!
The Hunger Games star shared her happy baby news on Instagram today, posting a first photo of their new arrival.
“The best weekend of our lives!!!” the thrilled mom captions the black-and-white shot. “What an incredible blessing to be chosen by this amazing, kind, gentle and beautiful soul to be his parents. Humbled and in complete awe that we get to experience the most ancient and transcendent love that exists.”
Jena, 31, also revealed their baby name pick – and it’s definitely an unusual one: Ode Mountain DeLorenzo Malone.
The new parents so far haven’t shared the inspiration behind their son’s unique first name, but their choice of middle name seems on-trend.
Plenty of celebrity parents have been drawn to nature-inspired monikers: Forest Whitaker has a son named Ocean, Ashlee Simpson welcomed daughter Jagger Snow last year, Kelly Clarkson has daughter River Rose, Elizabeth Berkley is mom to son Sky and Alicia Silverstone and Kate Winslet both have boys named Bear. The list goes on!
